Glenn Hendrix is the Managing Partner of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG), a full-service business law firm of approximately 140 lawyers based in Atlanta, Georgia.  Mr. Hendrix’s practice is focused on commercial and administrative dispute resolution, including international litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Hendrix is presently the Chair-Elect of the Section of International Law of the American Bar Association and will become Chair in August 2009.  The Section is comprised of approximately 20,000 members and serves as the international arm of the ABA. 

Mr. Hendrix served as a private sector advisor on US State Department delegations to The Hague (2003 Special Commission on the Practical Operation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions) and Moscow (bilateral discussions in 2004 concerning Russia's implementation of the Hague Evidence and Service Conventions).  He serves on the arbitration panel of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and as an arbitrator in International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) proceedings.  He is a member of the Joint Editorial Board for International Law of the Uniform Law Commission (formerly the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws).  He is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a member of the International Bar Association and the International Division of the Law Society of England & Wales. 

Mr. Hendrix is listed in the Chambers USA survey of “America's Leading Lawyers for Business” and in Best Lawyers in America.  He has also been selected by his peers in the Georgia Bar as a "Georgia Super Lawyer" (Atlanta Magazine, 2004 – 2009) and is included in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Who’s Who in Law & Accounting - Top 100.”

Mr. Hendrix has authored numerous pieces on international commercial dispute resolution issues, including chapters appearing in International Litigation Strategies and Practice (ABA), Private Law, Private International Law & Judicial Cooperation in the EU-US Relationship (Thompson-West), Assessing the Value of Law in Transition Economies (University of Michigan), Legal Guide to Doing Business in Russia & the Former Republics of the USSR (ABA), and The Corporate Counsel’s Guide to Doing Business in Russia (Business Laws, Inc.), as well as articles appearing in The International Lawyer, Вестник Высшего Арбитражного Суда Российской Федерации [Journal of the Russian High Commercial Court], East/West Executive Guide and other publications.  He also helped edit the Practical Handbook on the Operation of the Hague Service Convention published by the Hague Conference on Private International Law. 

Mr. Hendrix is a frequent speaker on international commercial dispute resolution topics, including events sponsored by the ABA, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the International Bar Association, the Hague Conference on Private International Law, the International Law Association, the Brookings Institution, the Bar Council of Ireland, Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO), the Paris Bar (Ordre des Avocats de Paris), the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (Nichibenren), the CIS Local Counsel Forum, Juris Conference, the State Bar of Florida, CESA (Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados – Brazil), and many other organizations.
