Dr. Cord-Georg Hasselmann is Partner of Hengeler Mueller, Berlin, the leading independent international law firm in Germany with offices in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich, as well as in Brussels and London.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1956, Cord-Georg Hasselmann studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Munich as well at the Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. where he obtained a Master of Law. He joined Hengeler Mueller in 1987 and became a partner four years later. After having worked six years in the Frankfurt office, he moved to Berlin in 1993.
Dr. Hasselmann’s areas of practice include in particular corporate law and mergers & acquisitions as well as privatisations and public private partnerships. He has a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
