Valeriia Poikhalo Valeriia Poikhalo initially joined RULG as a Legal Intern and later became a Counsel. She graduated from the Vadym Hetman National Economic University with a Master's Degree in Economic Law. Her areas of practice include commercial, corporate, labor, civil, and tax law. Ms.Poikhalo is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
