Elena Korshikova Elena Korshikova graduated from the Department of Law of the Presidential University of the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management with a specialization in Commercial and Labor Law. Ms. Korshikova has more than ten years of experience in corporate, business, and labor law. She focuses her practice on labor and regulatory issues, foreign direct investments as well as issues of corporate, commercial and civil law. Ms. Korshikova became qualified as a Business Manager and Economist upon graduating from the Joint Department of the Inter-Regional Academy of Personnel Management and Ukrainian Institute for Improvement of Education Managers' Professional Skills. Ms. Korshikova is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and has a working knowledge of English.
