Registration for the 8th CIS Local Counsel Forum will start in the beginning of April 2013 and will end on 10 June 2013. It will be carried online only at this page. You may already make your travel plans and reserve hotel in Kiev and Odessa as per reservation forms below. We negotiated special Forum rates for you, but due to an active tourist season at the time of the Forum and very limited number of hotel rooms, please reserve as early as possible and pay attention to strict cancellation policy of the hotels. As always, all hotel accommodation arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the Delegates. Booking and payment for the hotels as well as Airport transfer upon departure are the responsibility of the Delegates.
REGISTRATION FEE Please note: the registration fee is payable in US Dollar equivalent amount. The Registration Fee for a Delegate is €1,250.00 (One thousand two hundred fifty EURO) If a Delegate would like to bring a Guest, the Registration Fee for a Guest is €550.00 (Five hundred fifty EURO). There are separate fees for the trip to Odessa on 28-29 June 2013:
Please note: We will have the CIS Forum Welcome Desk only at the Borispol International Airport. Should you arrive at Zhuliany International Airport or at the Train Station, please provide us with your exact date and time of arrival, flight/train number and the mobile phone number not later than 5 (five) days in advance and we will arrange for an individual driver with a sign to pick you up. The Guest's Registration Fee includes transfer from the airport on arrival, all social events and transportation to and from social events, as well as the special Guest Program with city and cultural tours. Delegates of the Forum participate in all Forum's sessions, discussions, panels, make presentations. Guests are family members or friends who accompany Delegates for personal reasons and for whom we have a separate social program (city sightseeing). Guests also participate in all social events (Gala and Closing dinner, Cocktail Reception on the first day etc.). Guests do not participate in the work of the Forum. VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR UKRAINE Citizens of CIS countries (except Turkmenistan) and a number of other countries, including member states of the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, the United States of America, and Japan do not require a visa to travel to Ukraine. For all other countries we strongly recommend that you contact the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in your home country as soon as possible in order to check the visa requirements for citizens of your country. You may also visit Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Web site to check visa requirements for your country.
