CIS LOCAL COUNSEL FORUM IS A PROFESSIONAL EVENT FOR THE LEGAL COMMUNITY AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR NON-LAWYERS.
REGISTER
Registration for 8th CIS Local Counsel Forum is being carried online only at this page.
Each Delegate must submit a fully completed Registration Form and include the name(s) of any Guest(s) accompanying a Delegate. Registration is carried out on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be closed as soon as capacity is reached, but in any event on 10 June 2013 (Forum's registration cut-off date). Please submit your Registration Form online.

In limited circumstances we will accept Registration Form in Word format

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE
Please note: the registration fee is payable in US Dollars equivalent amount.
The Registration Fee for each Delegate is €1,250.00 (One thousand two hundred fifty EURO) This fee includes all work and social programs both in Kiev and Odessa. The Registration Fee cannot be split or divided. If a Delegate would like to bring a Guest, the Registration Fee for each Guest is €550.00 (Five hundred fifty EURO). There are separate charges for the trip to Odessa on 28-29 June 2013:
The Delegate's Registration Fee includes access to all meeting facilities, simultaneous translation, catering during the meetings, Forum materials, social events, and transportation to and from social events, as well as transfer from the airport or train station on arrival to Kiev only on the following dates:
All travel arrangements (except for transfer from the airport or train station on arrival to Kiev and transfer to Odessa on 28 June), including booking and payment for the hotels as well as return flight from Odessa and Airport transfer upon departure are the responsibility of the Delegates. The Guest's Registration Fee includes transfer from the airport or train station on arrival, social events and transportation to and from social events, as well as the special Guest Program with city and cultural tours. Delegates of the Forum participate in all Forum's sessions, discussions, panels, make presentations. Guests are family members or friends who accompany Delegates for personal reasons and for whom we will have a separate social program (city sightseeing). Guests participate in all social events. Guests do not participate in the work of the Forum. Please note: All payments must be made only in U.S. dollars by check or bank transfer within 7 (seven) days after submitting the Registration Form and receiving confirmation that your registration has been accepted. *** Please note that we do not automatically provide you with invoice for the payment of registration fee and other payment documents. Should you need them in order to process the payment please let us know. In case you need Contract or Act of Acceptance we ask that you kindly e-mail them to
Nonna Paliachvili in Word format for signature. We will provide you with invoice within about one week upon receipt of your request. ***
SECOND PART OF THE FORUM IN ODESSA, ON 28-29 JUNE 2013
On 28-29 June 2013, the work of the Forum will continue in Odessa (Ukraine) that will include meetings with the Odessa legal community and social events - all included in the Forum Program and the Registration Fee, as well as an extra optional Grand Cultural Tour of Odessa surroundings, including a beautiful vineyard with lunch on Sunday, 30 June 2013 (additional fee of €70.00 will apply). We will organize the transfer via charter flight from Kiev to Odessa on 28 June 2013 at extra charge of €250.00 (payable in USD equivalent amount).
In case you plan to participate in the Odessa part of the Forum please check relevant box in the 8th CIS Local Counsel Forum Registration Form. The delegates are responsible for their hotel costs in Odessa and for the costs of their return trip.
GRAND CULTURAL TOUR OF THE ODESSA SURROUNDINGS, INCLUDING A BEAUTIFUL VINEYARD WITH LUNCH ON SUNDAY, 30 JUNE 2013
We are pleased to offer Forum Delegates and their Guests an optional half-day Grand Cultural Tour of the Odessa surroundings, including a nearby vineyard and lunch there. Please note that the tour will start at 11:00 and last for about 4 hours. Should you wish to take advantage of this unique opportunity, please check the box on the Registration Form and pay the Sunday Tour fee of €70.00 (payable in USD equivalent amount).
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations must be received no later than 10 June 2013 to qualify for a partial refund, in which case the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 10% (€125.00 for a Delegate and €55.00 for a Guest) and any bank transfer charges (if applicable). If your cancellation notice is NOT received on or before 10 June 2013, we regret that we will be unable to refund the registration fee at all because all payments to service providers will already have been made by that time.
HOTEL BOOKING
HOTEL, TRAVEL COSTS, AND BOOKING ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DELEGATES.
For your convenience, we have reserved, at special, discounted Forum rates, a block of rooms at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kiev and Bristol Hotel in Odessa. However, due to an active tourist season at the time of the Forum and very limited number of hotel rooms, please reserve as early as possible and pay attention to strict cancellation policy of the hotels. Please note: VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR UKRAINE
Citizens of CIS countries (except Turkmenistan) and a number of other countries, including member states of the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, the United States of America, and Japan do not require a visa to travel to Ukraine.
For all other countries we strongly recommend that you contact the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in your home country as soon as possible in order to check the visa requirements for citizens of your country. You may also visit Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Web site to check visa requirements for your country. Here you may view the list of the countries, citizens of which do not require a visa to enter Ukraine: in English and in Russian. Please keep in mind the following dates:

Last year we started a social initiative of the Forum supporting one of the leading ocean conservation organizations, the
Sylvia Earle Alliance (SEA) / Mission Blue and had a special feature in honor of the World Oceans Day (8 June). We are very grateful to the Delegates who supported this cause and we honored them by creating a special page on Forum's Web site, the
Forum's Social Initiatives Hall of Fame.
This year our social cause is the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine in Kiev and the
Odessa Philharmonic Orchestra, and we hope for your support of these wonderful musicians!
100% of your donations will go directly to the Orchestras.
