Payment is due within 7 (seven) days after submitting this form. If payment is not received within this period, we will not be able to reserve space for you.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations must be received no later than 21 May 2012 to qualify for a partial refund, in which case the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 10% ($125.00 for a Delegate and $55.00 for a Guest) and any bank transfer charges (if applicable). If your cancellation notice is NOT received on or before 21 May 2012, we regret that we will be unable to refund the registration fee at all because all payments to service providers will already have been made by that time.

On 10-11 June 2012, we invite you to join us for a separate event in Tbilisi, Georgia, jointly organized by RULG-Ukrainian Legal Group and a prominent Georgian law firm, BLC Law Office that will include Anticorruption/Compliance Workshop followed by the Dinner with the Georgian legal community. There is a separate registration section on the Forum registration form for this event. The registration fee is $400 and it includes transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi on 10 June and all costs for the Workshop and Dinner, but the delegates are responsible for their hotel costs. Detailed program of this event and information about hotels and special rates for the delegates will be posted on this Web site in the middle of April 2012.

Delegates and Guests are responsible for their hotel reservations and costs. Most of the Forum events will be carried out in the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan. The main hotel for accommodating Forum Delegates is the exquisite boutique hotel Golden Tulip Hotel.
